Just a few things before we set up your session (all the "important details and policies" right up front. We like to be super transparent on how this biz runs)
Booking a session: Please choose the first available time slot that best suits your schedule.
*Not all time slots available are listed online. Please contact Dr. Angela if you need assistance on choosing an appointment time, or if you need some assistance finding an alternative time.
**Animal appointments requiring travel are scheduled by "TRAVEL AREA" and will be confirmed manually with Angela, and are generally Saturdays & Sundays and the odd Friday afternoon in the summer.
***Animal Appointments at the clinic aka "THE DOG HOUSE" are generally on Tuesdays, Thursdays and every second Sunday morning.
ONLINE SESSIONS: 95% of our work can easily be done online. You will require a computer/tablet/phone with video and headphones.
>> Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Because of the energy-intense investment of session prep, all cancellations and reschedules are expected 48 hours in advance, or could be charged the full fee. Your credit card is expected on file for only this reason (and in 10 years we have only had to charge 2 times!)
Cancellations will ONLY be taken by phone call or email.
For animal travel clients: because travel areas and travel feels are grouped appointments, it is very difficult to schedule and split out the travel fees (shared between all horses) Cancellations and rebooks must be done by phone 48 hours prior to the travel day (ex: Thursday 9am for a Saturday travel day). any changes less than 48 hours prior to the travel day will require party to pay their share of the travel fee and possibly up to 50% of the treatment fee (unless they can have someone take that session spot).
